Was I singing?

So apparently I am always singing under my breath. I have now lost track of how many times I have been caught off gaurd by someone saying, "I like that song too" "Your voice sounds nice" or "What are you singing" and I respond with the question, "Was I singing?"

No, being in a library, at work, or grocery store does not stop me either. Guess I've caught that thing that my grandma had when she washed her dishes.
